Happy Mistake

Before Tito Doc left for Manila, the sis gave him a box full of goodies like laing, chili crabs, adobong ananakla for him and a package of pili nuts for cousin B to bring back to the US of A. Guess who got the goodies.. Anyhoo, the US tita was overjoyed to get a big pleasant surprise in the balikbayan box. She even requested for a recipe of my herbed baked potatoes. says cousin B loved it so much (yay!) and I thought he liked it only because there was no other gulay on the table
