Vegetable Soup
January 17, 2007Ate has not been feeling well lately so she asked me to make some soup. After work today, I went to the market and bought some veggies. I used potatoes, carrot, cabbage, baguio pechay, bell peppers, white onions and celery. I usually cook by tantya method so I don't have any measurements. I simply used enough for four people.
Except for the cabbage and the pechay, I diced the veggies. I heated some olive oil, added the onions, added water to boil. Then I tossed in the carrots and the potatoes. I added some chicken broth cubes too for flavor. Then I added th rest of the veggies. Salt and pepper to taste. I would have added more but it would have been harder for us to finish it all. Plus I lost my wallet on the way home so I didn't have enough money with me.
Anyway, it was a good dinner
