February 6, 2007Local police have finally pressed charges against the alleged assassin of a human rights lawyer and his driver who were killed last December. The man was identified thru a cartographic sketch by a man who was a rebel-returnee. Apparently, the identifier took one look at the cartographic sketch and said that the man looks like a fellow rebel returnee. Based on this, the police have filed charges against the attacker.
The sketch which wat showed a man wearing a cap, his features hidden. The cap was more prominent than the face of the man. This is police intelligence at work.
