Sinigang na Ulo ng Salmon

One of my favorite comfort foods is sinigang, be it pork, fish or shrimp. One time, BFF and I were exploring the newly opened Trinoma Food Court when I was hit by a sudden craving for sinigang. Looking around, I saw Sizzling Seafoods. They make great sinigang na ulo-ulo. I first discovered them in their outlet at the Robinson’s Galleria. The soup is hearty, sour enough to make your toes curl, but not too sour. The veggies are done just right. The salmon head is fleshy, enough for two hungry people. The price is not bad at all.
