April 23, 2008"You are what you eat", that’s how the saying goes. If a cow eats grass, then the cow is grass. If the pig eats veggies, it is veggies. If a chiken eats grains, the chicken is grains. If the alimango eats tiny fish/seafood, then it is that. So if I eat a juicy steak, I am eating grass. If I eat adobo, I am eating veggies. I am eating grains when I have crispy, juicy fried chicken. And I am eating fish when I am eating aligue. E wala namang cholesterol ang mga yun e. So, eating beef, pork, chicken, and crab is actually healthy.
